I specialize in seasonally inspired, mostly plant-based cuisine. I also incorporate locally raised meat options. I ensure that the ingredients I work with are fresh, organic, and I know they were tended and harvested with care. The creative process of planning and executing beautiful nourishment for all tastes and dietary needs is my specialty.
My passion is nurturing balance and wellness through the healing and connecting power of food. I cater to clients with health issues that require very specific diets and simple ingredients. I also love creating rich, celebratory meals for gatherings of family and friends. I prepare and deliver meals upon request. Whatever the occasion, I work closely with my clients to design and deliver beautiful creations with zero waste or packaging. I can prepare several meals to be eaten fresh, or they can be frozen and thawed at a later date. I use only fresh whole ingredients, and design dishes based on what is available in season and locally.
